Do not use the cliché terms like a person with good determination power, hardworking and so. You have got a chance to differentiate yourself from others.

Do not answer this question in terms of the type of person you are. If asked about strengths, tell them about the things that they need and that is there in you. For the weakness part, you could actually admit if you have certain follies related to work, as each and every person is not perfect.

This question becomes crucial if you are currently working with any company. You could tell them about the policy of your current company.

9. Question: how did you come to know about this job?

Tell them about the true incident. You could either have inquired about it or the HR could have contacted you.

10.  Question: what is the reason for joining this job?

Well, the answer to this question should come from your heart. If you are including things like the money factor or other such benefits, then you need to think about your answer twice.
