Job Summary
As an Asset Manager you will be responsible for asset planning and strategy, asset performance analysis, housing and investment decision making, and asset service provider agreements for all real property assets within the incumbent's assigned area of responsibility. Location of position: Public Buildings Service, Region 1, Portfolio Management Division (1PPA), Boston, MA. We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

For a brief video on creating a Federal resume, click here. The GS-12 salary range starts at $98,240 per year. The GS-13 salary range starts at $116,820 per year. If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected. To qualify for the GS-12 level: You must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as progressive experience assisting higher or senior level staff performing the full range of asset management competencies and practices including economic analysis of owned and leased assets, facility planning and strategy, asset performance analysis and assessment of investment and housing decision making. To qualify for the GS-13 level: You must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience performing the full range of asset management competencies and practices including economic analysis of owned and leased assets, facility planning and strategy, asset performance analysis and assessment of investment and housing decision making.
