Job Summary
This position serves as an Accounting Technician for the Non-appropriated Funds (NAF) Accounting Office located at Malmstrom AFB. The incumbent serves as the primary contact for the accounting clerks, flight chief's, and other NAF employee's to accomplish the financial mission of the Resource Management Flight. This position is full time and eligible for full benefits to include: Medical, Dental, 401K and Life Insurance.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Must have experience in work which provided comprehensive knowledge of fund accounting methods, procedures, and techniques used in maintaining and analyzing all classes of accounts in accounting system encompassing a number of diversified activities; ability to prepare financial settlements and reports. Knowledge and understanding of the regulations, guides and precedents sufficient to interpret and apply them in a variety of accounting situations. Knowledge of the accounting system sufficient to flow individual funds and specific monies from initiation through expenditure stages in order to trace discrepancies in the system. Must be able to satisfactorily complete a National Agency Check with Inquires (NACI).
