Job Description

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: QUALIFICATIONS Must be 18 years of age and have the ability to speak, read, and write English. Must have responsible experience which provides a general knowledge of club operations, or a minimum of four years of progressive experience, which provides a thorough knowledge of all duties described above in marketing, special events planning, food and beverage management, or closely related profession. Must have the knowledge of theories, practices, techniques of business practices and concepts as related to special events/entertainment programs. Knowledge of current trends in music, theater, and the overall entertainment industry, sufficient to ensure audience enjoyment of selected programs. Must have experience or training in computer applications such as office automation software, and is required to be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook. Ability to communicate orally and in writing. Knowledge of time management, Food-trak, Caterease, and Aloha Systems are desired. First-class customer service skills are required. Required to work uncommon tour of duty. Must be able to effectively read, write and speak in English and must be detailed oriented. Successful completion of an installation records and National Agency Check W/inquiries is required. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
