Qualifying Experience: Planning, organizing, coordinating, supervising, or evaluating outdoor recreational program; developing and executing a program level budget; evaluating and/or instructing in the principles and techniques of recreational program planning and management; ability to supervise and lead a team of employees. OR Substitution for Experience: Undergraduate (Associates or Bachelors degree) or Graduate (Masters' degree) education with a major study in general recreation or the fields of: outdoor recreation or youth recreation or community recreation.
