Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Applicants must have experience which includes responsibility for planning, programming, implementing and evaluation of programs to include staffing, logistical requirements, budgeting. Must be proficient in the use of computer software programs, i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. In addition, applicants must have 1 year experience in retail sales. Knowledge in two of the following activities: water sports (wakeboarding/jet ski), scuba, surfing, snorkeling or equipment maintenance and repair, etc. Experience in POS system and RecTrac is required. Recommended but not required that applicant have current dive certification in PADI Open Water.
