Job Summary
This position is located in the Small Business Administration, Office of Entrepreneurial Development in Washington, D.C. The incumbent serves as the subject matter expert as the financial analyst providing budget and financial support for the Women's Business Center (WBC) Program and the OWBO. This position works to manage all WBC grants invoices, payments and oversee office operations.
Job Description
GS-12: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector: Perform financial analysis of obligations, expenses and budget availability to develop short term and longer projects that support budgetary decision making; AND Verify obligations to ensure fund sufficiency, reviews documents to ensure accuracy of accounting codes and grantee information; AND Draft and prepare a variety of spreadsheets, statistical or narrative reports on network of grantees; AND Provide analysis and technical support for a variety of financial and/or travel activities.
