SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-13 in the federal service, and must meet all 3 of the following experiences: Power system operations. Energy marketing and participation in energy markets. Performing technical studies regarding resource needs and deliveries. Manage Open Access Transmission Tariff and transmission and ancillary services to transmission customers on a non-discriminatory basis.
