Job Description

Applicants are encouraged to be clear and specific when describing their experience level and KSAs. A qualified candidate possesses the following: Knowledge in the applicable combination of trades (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, and/or painting) sufficient to perform the duties of the position. Knowledge of safe work practices including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment, use of hazardous materials and chemicals, fall protection standards, and all related OSHA safety standards. Skill in basic math and reading. Ability to provide customer service with a high level of professionalism. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
