Job Description
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To be considered minimally qualified for this position, you must demonstrate that you have the required specialized experience and/or education for the respective grade level in which you are applying: To qualify at the GS-09 level, you must possess: Specialized Experience: At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 level in the Federal service performing (obtained in either the public or private sectors) (3) of the (4) duties listed below: Utilizing human resources personnel and/or pay systems; Identifying human resources issues to provide an appropriate course of action; Providing technical services in at least one of the following: staffing and recruitment, position classification and position management; performance management, and/or employee relations; Preparing and/or presenting human resources finding or providing human resources training. OR two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree or master's or equivalent graduate degree; or a combination of the required experience and education for this grade level.
