Job Summary

This position is located at US Mint,Office of the Director - Sales and Marketing Directorate. As a Supervisory Program Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the annual integrated marketing plans to achieve customer acquisition, unit sales, and revenue goals. Supervising all projects and initiatives involving the E-Commerce platform (catalog.usmint.gov) which involves technical planning, testing, and implementation as well as operational activities.

Job Description

One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. Specialized experience for this position is defined as: -Experience managing the development and execution of national product launch marketing plans. Examples include Identification of target audiences, key messaging, and product positioning AND -Experience working with upper management to propose integrated marketing channels, tactics or budgets AND -Experience analyzing performance data to optimize strategies and tactics AND -Experience driving personalized and segmented outbound marketing strategies (email, SMS, direct mail) AND -Experience managing advertising planning including creative development, media planning, performance monitoring and optimization. In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-14 you must have been at the GS-13 level for 52 weeks.
