Job Summary

This position will be assigned to the Midnight Sun Mocha Coffee Shop within the Yukon Club facility. Work schedule subject, but not limited to: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 12:00pm Incumbent must be at least 16+ years of age. APPLICATIONS WILL BE PULLED THURSDAYS AT 8:00AM UNTIL POSITIONS ARE FILLED.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Must have experience in and knowledge of methods and products relating to specialty coffee preparation or similar activity; Must have knowledge of a variety of drink recipes and knowledge of coffee beans and teas typically served at a specialty coffee operation. Must be able to know how to safely use equipment such as an espresso machine. Must be able to memorize specialty coffee drink recipes. Must have the ability to hear and follow oral and/or written instructions, work safely, and do simple arithmetic. Must be able to frequently lift objects weighing up to 40 pounds. Must be able to continuously stand, walk, stoop. push, pull and bend for long periods of time.
