Job Summary
This position will be assigned to the NAF Human Resources Office. Incumbent will support the NAF Human Resources Office in a fast-paced office environment with general day to day operations (answering phones, filing, scheduling, customer service), providing recruitment and placement services by procedurally processing a full range of time sensitive personnel actions from onboarding to separation. As a regular employee, you are eligible to earn leave and other NAF benefits.

Qualifying Experience: Experience interpreting and applying NAF HR rules, regulations, and procedures in accomplishment of clerical/administrative work; utilizing recruitment tools in hiring personnel (i.e., generating job postings, job fairs, or equivalent); advising on routine recruitment strategies; troubleshooting and resolving personnel system and software issues. Experience in processing a variety of personnel actions. Experience in utilizing office automation software (MS Windows, MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Excel).
