Job Description

Two years of experience in sales, marketing or a related field. Must have strong knowledge of sales and marketing theory, gathering statistical data, consumer behavior, personal selling, advertising, and event planning. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate distribution of information between internal departments and outside partner organizations. Must have administrative support skills to include planning, organization, preparing and routing correspondence, and responding to telephone inquiries. Ability to multi-task high visibility projects with excellent time management skills. Exhibit both strong oral and written communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with military personnel, sponsors and MCCS employees and managers. Ability to understand the big picture, determine role within it and make suggestions/recommendations as needed. Ability to work weekends when necessary. Performs other related duties as assigned.
