Job Description

1. Three years of experience that demonstrates knowledge of standardized mess/club or comparable food service and beverage practices, procedures, and pricing. 2. An ability to coordinate with various workstations to satisfy customer catering and party requirements. 3. Skills to assist customers in planning delivery of services. 4. Ability to supervise. 5. Ability to prepare reports and complete simple contractual arrangements. 6. Proficient knowledge of cash handling procedures and sales operation in club or related environment. 7. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. 8. Ability to prepare contractual agreements. Knowledge of Caterease Software desired. 9. Ability to supervise and provide work directions to subordinate employees and resolve problems or disputes within the activity. 10. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers, using proper tact, diplomacy and professional customer service. 11. Must be able to accommodate flexible work schedule to include weekends, holidays, and nighttime. 12. Must be able to perform prolonged standing, walking, reaching, lifting, and carrying objects up to 45lbs independently and objects over 45lbs with assistance. This activity is a Drug-free workplace.
