Job Description

A four-year degree from an accredited university is desired. At least four years of related experience that demonstrates excellent organization, communication skills, as well as oral and written communication skills; knowledge of military structure and protocol; executive management and leadership skills at a level to effectively plan, coordinate and direct MCFTB services and operations; a knowledge of business practices, economic principles and ability to analyze trends and make improvements; knowledge of military life, family dynamics, separation, effects of deployments, and ability to assess needs, measure effectiveness and make improvements; skills to deal effectively with social, family and individuals problem situations; ability to work effectively with superiors, subordinates, vendors and the public. This is a white collar position where occasional lifting of 20 pounds may be required. The incumbent must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule to include weekend and nighttime family briefs, classes, and programs. Must be able to travel locally to support MCFTB functions.
