One year experience in athletic/recreational activities or a related field along with and customer service experience. The ability to read and interpret guidelines pertaining to facility operation, which are directly applicable to MCCS policies. Ability to communicate orally and in writing using tact and courtesy. Must have basic computer skills. CPR and First Aid certification required or the ability to obtain, within one month from the date of hire.
