Job Summary
The Management & Program Analyst position is located in the Environmental and Historic Preservation (EHP) Branch of the Mitigation Division, FEMA Region 5 (Chicago). This position will serve as a program analyst and advisor to management. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing and presenting data, providing recommendations for process improvements, and managing program budgets. This is not a remote job.
Job Description

To qualify for this Management & Program Analyst position at the IC-11 level, you must possess one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the IC-09 level in the Federal government, which has equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. Experience may be obtained in the federal government, a state or local government, or private sector, and must demonstrate the following: Evaluating programs and procedures to improve organizational efficiency; AND Solving substantive problems and challenges to achieve agency goals and objectives; AND Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. OR Ph.D. degree or equivalent doctoral degree. OR 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree. OR LL.M., if related. OR Combination of education and experience.
