Job Summary
The Aeronautics Directorate Branch (ARMD) at NASA Ames Research Center is seeking interested applicants for the position of Management and Program Analyst of NASA Aeronautics Research Institute (NARI). You will serve as the operations manager to ensure the NARI's operations and activities are conducted in a successful manner in terms of schedule, budget, risk, customer engagements, and support NARI staff's needs for execution of various workshops, meetings, research and development activities.
Job Description
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. To qualify for GS-15, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level: Planning and executing aeronautics-focused conventions, workshops, and stakeholder engagement forums via virtual or in-person meetings; Analyzing and allocating resources for aeronautics-related programs, projects, or events to ensure requirements are met; Evaluating logistics, agreements, and reports to ensure compliance and recommend improvements. A Bachelor degree in communication, English, journalism, or similar fields is preferred.
