Additional information about transcripts is in this document. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1. Develop policies, management plans, procedures, and guidance for implementation in civil works and regional engineering programs; 2. Justify budgetary process and appropriations for civil works and other water resource projects; 3. Provide technical leadership, staff coordination, and consultation of projects/programs to review, assess, evaluate and analyze organization's performance and operations; and 4. Perform supervisory duties for the personnel management of a multi-interdisciplinary staff. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-14) You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Communications Manages Human Resources Organizational Awareness Project Management Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-14).
