Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Conducting organizational analysis to identify systemic barriers to EEO; 2) Developing EEO Program evaluation criteria to assess the effectiveness of the program; 3) Providing advice and guidance to subordinate offices regarding EEO Programs; AND 4) Recommending solutions to systemic problems to an organization's EEO Program. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Analysis and Research Assessment and Compliance Review Communications Managing Human Resources Program Management Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).
