About the Position: As Program Analyst (Scheduler), is responsible for the efficient and economical operations of the District's scheduling functions for multiple programs, to include providing technical expertise to colleagues involved in management/program analysis, budget analysis and budget assistance. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service which includes providing advice to management on project scheduling, tracking project funding, entering project data into automated systems such as Primavera P6 Professional (Citrix/Web), analyzing data, and creating reports. Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted. Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
