About the Position: As senior Manpower Management Analyst, incumbent has program responsibility and authority for the District's Manpower Management Program. Provides authoritative advice to the Commander and senior management on manpower issues impacting District operations. Performs complex analyses to develop allocations and adjusts allocations continually to best support Command goals. Meets personally with Command Staff and senior managers to resolve program issues.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience using automation (such as CEMRS, P2 and CEFMS) to conduct analytical studies of manpower resources This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
