SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Performing at least 2 out of the 3 following duties: 1) managing senior leaders' calendars and meeting schedules; OR 2) entering data using an automated financial management system; OR 3) performing administrative support duties for an office, such as making travel arrangements; or using computer and office automated tools to complete administrative duties. Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-06).
