Specialized Experince: One year of specialized experience which includes recommending approval or approving the final appraisal, depending on value of the property being appraised AND preparing Performance Work Schedule and obtaining appraisal services from appraisers in private industry AND reviewing and approving appraisals and reports. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12.) Selective Placement Factor: This position requires the incumbent to possess and maintain a valid Certified General Appraiser License. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and Management Customer Service Real Estate Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
