Job Summary

This position is in the ESIC located within the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Armaments Center (AC) which serves as the Army's technology leader for armament systems. DEVCOM AC ensures dominance of Army capabilities by researching, developing, integrating and delivering technology-enabled armament solutions to our Warfighters. Armaments Center has a long tradition as the primary research and development center for new and existing armament systems.

To qualify for the DE-02 position, applicants must possess at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower pay band or grade/level performing the following: 1) Develop new operating procedures and methods for the organization to utilize during projects. 2) Provide input to develop financial documents for review by senior leadership. 3) Measure the compliance required on new regulations/policies and write implementing instructions for approval. 4) analyze established administrative methods and procedures throughout the organization and consider the flow of work among two or more organizational segments and externally to other organizations. OR Successfully completed 2 years above high school education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work of the position, such as program management. OR Have the specialized experience as described in A, but less than one year; and I have at least two years above the hight school level as described in B, but less than the required three years. I have computed the percentage of the requirements that I meet, and the total is at least 100% (To compute the percentage, divide your total months of qualifying experience by 12. Then, divide your semester hours of graduate education beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages.
