Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes applying regulations and policy pertaining to the credentialing and privileging of medical, dental, and behavioral health providers; developing guidance or techniques for clinical competence improvements for the privileging/credentialing activities and/or the management of health risk management cases; providing advice and operational assistance to help develop resourcing decisions and alternative funding strategies for the program; conducting financial and contracting trend analysis by utilizing industry tools as a Contracting Officer Representative. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Contracting/Procurement Customer Service Planning and Evaluating Risk Management Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
