Job Description
GS-05: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Examining, evaluating and extracting information needed to process a variety of personnel actions for all categories of personnel; 2) Maintaining, formatting, and verifying content and use of personnel records; 3) Utilizing personnel databases to research, update, and process personnel actions; and 4) Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with all levels of personnel, to include managers and offices of higher authority. GS-04: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of generalized experience demonstrating progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position.
