Job Description
In addition to the basic requirements of this position, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing planning recommendations for construction, demolition, energy, maintenance and facilities development projects; 2) Reviewing engineering/architectural drawings or specifications for construction, demolition, energy, maintenance, facilities development projects to identify inconsistencies; 3) Using planning systems, such as Shore Facilities Planning System (SFPS) and Planning, Programming, and Budgeting System (PPBS), and automated data bases to capture spatial or geographic data to support facility planning; and 4) Preparing and/or reviewing project-planning documents, such as DD 1391s, for repairs, alterations, and minor construction projects.
