Job Description
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management in order for recommendations to be made. Formulating budget and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities. Reviewing and evaluating budget requests, obligations and expenditures. Assisting with internal audits. Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Reviewing internal controls within automatic systems. Assisting managers in the development of effective policy and internal controls within organizational processes. Evaluating operational, financial, and automated system deficiencies/problems to provide corrective action. Interpreting/documenting/implementing financial processes. Providing project management skills to perform sample audits of internal control compliance.
