Job Description
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: - Experience interacting with senior levels of the US Government, industry, and foreign officials orally and in writing. - Experience utilizing basic office computer software to perform reviews, analytics and document preparation using IT tools such as MS Project, Excel, Power Point, Word or similar software / database tools. - Experience with Congressional, State, Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), and Navy policies with regard to Foreign Military Sales (FMS)/Building Partner Capacity (BPC), leases, grants, and weapons transfer initiatives under the Security Assistance (SA) program(s) managed under the Navy Implementing Agency (IA) authorities.
