Job Description
GS-11 Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in assisting with environmental protection projects involving analysis, development, implementation and management of various environmental programs such as Hazardous Waste Management; Spill Prevention/Recovery; Spill Response; Air Toxics/Emissions; Pollution Prevention; Solid Waste Management/Recycling; Safe Drinking Water; Permit Management; Restoration Program; and Contract Support. GS-12 Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Broad professional knowledge of Environmental Engineering or Physical Sciences and Remedial Project Management; Ability to supplement standard practices and adapt techniques to solve a wide variety of technical issues; and Knowledge of facilities acquisition and the types and use of contracts such as design, construction, environmental, planning, real estate.
