Job Description

There are Basic Requirements for a 0801 General Engineer and 1515 Operations Research Analyst. You must meet the Basic Requirement for at least one of these series. See the "Education" section of this announcement for details. Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing most or all of the following: 1) Evaluating defense acquisition systems and ensuring test and evaluation results of programs are correct; 2) Supporting teams during the preparation, development, implementation, review and debrief of test plans and results; 3) Assisting and overseeing post-test data analysis and reporting; 4) Maintaining oversight of all testing to ensure tests are executed and data is collected per test plan; 5) Communicating system deficiencies identified during testing to program personnel; and 6) Implementing and updating practices for analyzing test data.
