Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-3 pay band (GS-9 and GS-10 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying analytical and evaluative techniques to analyze and measure an organization's financial data. Examples of qualifying experience may include (1) basic knowledge of the Navy acquisition and Navy Working Capital Fund budget processes including the proper use of funding appropriations and government accounting principles and tools; (2) basic knowledge of Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and Integrated Budget Planning and Execution System (IBPES); (3) ability to maintain current knowledge of Financial Compliance Regulations.
