Job Summary

You will serve as the Hopper Global Communications Center (HGCC) Enterprise Cross Domain Systems (INFOSEC CDS) Program Manager (PM) and Division Head (DH) with full supervisory responsibility to plan and direct the INFOSEC CDS objectives and work. This position is located in Suitland, MD.

Job Description

This position requires one year of information technology related experience in the federal service or private or public sector demonstrating the following four competencies, as defined: 1. Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. 2. Customer Service - Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services. 3. Oral Communication - Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately. 4. Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations. In addition to experience demonstrating the four competencies above, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GG/GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: 1) Overseeing the day-to-day operations managing a mixed workforce of civilians, military, and contractors, developing program goals and priorities and ensuring secure operations of systems and services in accordance with organizational standards; 2) Controlling the lifecycle management to include analysis, planning, design, resources, requirements, technical support, accreditation and authorization, integration, continuous monitoring, and retirement at end of life for all Cross Domain Systems (CDS) capabilities within the enterprise; 3) Determining INFOSEC CDS resource requirements for IT projects, ensuring statements of work, task orders, and other acquisition related documentation necessary to effectively obtain and manage contractor-supported activities are performed; 4) Directing deliberation on the use of new technologies, services, and practices to address the intelligence mission and objectives where requirements can be highly complex and ambiguous.
