Job Summary
This position serves as the ServiceNow Architecture Developer in the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Business Applications Services Directorate (BAS). The Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) is a customer service organization dedicated to providing information technology (IT) solutions and leadership to advance DOL's mission. Job Description
You must meet the Basic Requirements and the Specialized Experience to qualify for IT Program Manager (ENTARCH/AI) (ServiceNow Architecture Developer), as described below. For GS-14: Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level GS-13 in the Federal Service. Specialized Experience is the experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's) to perform the duties of the position successfully, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Qualifying specialized experience for GS-14 includes: Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications and systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server to drive improved IT processes and business improvements. Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies for AI adoption and integration throughout an organization. Experience in applying enterprise architecture concepts, principles, qualitative and quantitative methods sufficient to investigate and evaluate new applications software technologies, processes, and systems on various software platforms. Experience in IT systems sufficient to serve as a recognized authority in providing guidance and support for enterprise architecture, applications, systems development, and information management systems. In addition to the above, applicants must meet the Basic Requirement with the IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below: Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail.
