Job Summary

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for the public to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serve as Chief, Program and Budget Division, with responsibility for programming, budgeting, controlling, and administering the use of appropriated funds, for the accomplishment of approved programs. Serve as the principal advisor to the Director of Resource Management (DRM) on all budgetary matters.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience in the GS-12 position which includes: 1) Formulating and executing a complex budget program involving a variety of funds and appropriations; 2) Reviewing and executing direct and reimbursable budget estimates; 3) Utilizing financial management systems to track budget data and review funding and supporting documents; 4) Providing guidance and/or direction to organizations on available funds.
