You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Managing all records transferring in and out of the Property Book for the administration, execution, and direction to maintain the equipment section of Table of Distribution and Allowance and Modified Table of Organization and Equipment (TDA/MTOE) for major end items and GSA vehicles; 2) Utilizing property management regulations, practices, or procedures for processes such as Financial Liability Investigation of Property Loss, Investigations, and Vouchers; AND 3) Determine if cost benefits, status of funds for purchases, and allocation of resources meet regulatory requirements. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Customer Service Inventory Management Planning and Evaluating Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
