Job Summary
About the Position: Serves as Chief, Program and Budget Division, with responsibility for programming, budgeting, controlling, and administering the use of appropriated funds, to include authorizing the use of such funds by the program directors for the accomplishment of approved programs. Incumbent of this position serves as the principal advisor to the Director of Resource Management (DRM) on all budgetary matters.

Specialized Experience: At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal Service which includes performing work with the responsibility for programming, budgeting, controlling, and administering the use of appropriated funds, to include authorizing the use of such funds for the accomplishment of approved programs; serving as the principal advisor on all budgetary matters. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Budget Execution Budget Formulation, Justification & Presentation Control of Funds Managing Human Resources Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
