Specialized Experience: 1) Coordinating negotiations with all interested parties as well as leading the negotiation conference as spokesman for equitable settlement, 2) Preparing and/or evaluating Government cost estimates and comparing the estimates with contractor's proposals to resolve differences in quantities and unit price, AND 3) Rendering technical assistance to contractors and field personnel on such matters as determining any discrepancies that might interfere with administration of contracts. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Contract Performance Management Planning and Evaluating Technical Competence Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
