Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: Conducting inspections of large, complex construction projects, ensuring compliance with detailed plans, specifications, and quality assurance standards; Conferring with contractors, Architect Engineers (A/E), and other stakeholders to provide authoritative interpretation of project plans and specifications, and resolving issues related to project execution and quality control; Leading safety meetings and ensuring comprehensive monitoring of contractor safety practices, including toolbox meetings and the submission of safety reports AND; Providing regular input to senior leadership on project progress, deficiencies, and corrective actions, and participating in pre-final and final inspections to ensure project completion in accordance with contract requirements. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level positions in the federal service (GS-11).
