Specialized experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes: data retrieval, analysis, and validation in support of strategic planning; review of patient appointment procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with procedures and operating policies; analyze and compile routine reports on optimization of templates to ensure health care providers have the appropriate length and mix of appointments. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Health Systems Analysis Oral Communication Technical Competence Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
