Specialized Experience Statement (HR/SME): One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the NH-03/GS-13 grade level in the Federal service which includes: (1) assessing calibration laboratory effectiveness and ensuring responsive maintenance support for customer test equipment; (2) experience in managing and evaluating the Army calibration and repair programs for Test, Measurement and Diagnostics Equipment (TMDE) used by soldiers, civilians, and government contractors Army-wide in the support of fielded weapons systems, depot maintenance and support operations, and research, development, test and evaluation activities. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and Management Creative Thinking Leadership Technical Competence Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13 /NH-03).
