Job Summary
Salary Ranges are the following unless statutory/regulatory rates prevail. For the Redstone Arsenal, AL Location: $62,358 to $81,065 (includes 21.48% locality) For the Fort Belvoir, VA and/or Dahlgren Location: $68,405-$88,926 (includes 33.26% locality) For the Schriever AFB, CO Location: $61,460 to $79,897 (includes 19.73% locality) For the Kirtland AFB, NM Location: $60,597 to $78,776 (includes 18.05% locality)
Job Description
You may qualify at the NH-02/GS-09 grade level, if you fulfill the following qualifications: A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02/GS-07 grade level in the Federal service as listed below and must meet two of three specialized experience listed below in order to be qualified: Communicating both orally and in writing. Working in a team environment, including cross-collaboration among peers. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite OR B. In lieu of specialized experience, 2 full academic years of progressively higher level graduate education or masters or equivalent graduate degree or LL.B. or J.D.. To qualify for GS-1102 positions on the basis of graduate education, graduate education in one or a combination of the following fields is required: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management. You must include your transcript with your application. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
