This is an Open Title 5 Excepted Service Non-Uniformed Personnel position, open to the Public and Veterans following the MN National Guard Merit Placement plan. National Guard Membership is not required for employment. Competitive service employees may apply but will be converted to Excepted service if hired.

Job Description

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. GENERAL AND SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS: At least one full year of work experience as a certified medical doctor, physician assistant equivalent to the next lower grade level and completion of an accredited physician assistant educational program OR at least one or more full years of professional nursing experience that is equivalent to the next lower grade level
