Job Summary
This position is located in the Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP), Division of Energy Employees Occupation Illness Compensation (DEEOIC), Branch of Outreach and Technical Assistance (BOTA). BOTA is responsible for providing information on the benefits available under Parts B & E of the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Program Act (EEOICPA); for overseeing responses to writteninquiries from claimants, and other stakeholders, including Congress.

To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Specialized experience must be reflected in your resume and include the following: Establishes policies and standards to effectively coordinate or administer a nationwide training program. Coordinates research into specific issues and develops correspondence that is case or issue specific, and accurately reflects program actions taken and program policies. Analyzes and researches historical information to defend, support, and justify the development of policies, regulations, and/or dissemination of information. Leading, planning, and organizing projects independently or in a team to include setting priorities; determine short- or long-term goals and strategies; identify resource requirements; and coordinate work from diverse stakeholders.
