Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. Must include at least one year of experience performing duties at a level which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform successfully in the position. Basic Qualifications: 1. Must possess experience managing the delivery of a GPC program for an installation or equivalent organization which demonstrates skill in GPC program coordination, training, monitoring, evaluation and analysis, and providing advisory services. 2. Must also possess experience demonstrating a thorough knowledge of federal contracting laws, technical methods, applicable thresholds, and various types of federal contracts. 3. Must be skilled in verbal and written communications such as preparing formal documents or preparing and delivering training, briefings, or other formal presentations. 4. Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Word, Excel, etc.). A bachelor's degree with at least 24 semester hours in any combination of the following fields is preferred but not required: Accounting, Business, Contracts, Economics, Finance, Industrial Management, Law, Marketing, Organization and Management, Purchasing, or Quantitative Methods.
