Job Description
Specialized Experience Statement: Applicants should have a minimum of one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility comparable to the next lower grade or comparable pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private sector. Candidates must meet the qualification requirements for WG-5703-06 which include possession of the following job elements: Element 1: Ability To Do The Work Of The Position Without More Than Normal Supervision Element 6-A: Operation of Motor Vehicles Element 25-A: Work Practices (includes keeping things neat, clean, and in order) Element 75-C: Ability To Interpret Instructions, Specifications, etc. (related to mobile equipment operation) Element 86-A: Ability to Drive Safely (Motor Vehicles)* Element 87: Reliability and Dependability as a Motor Vehicle Operator You must meet all qualification and eligibility requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
