Job Description

Minimum Qualifications: Possesses directly related work experience in planning, supervising, administering or carrying out a Swim program that included a variety of individual and team swim sports and guiding participants in developing the skills needed for participation in swim activities and a working knowledge of the concepts, methods and techniques of competitive swimming as well as skill in applying those concepts, methods and techniques to achieve established goals. Must be an American Swim Coaches Association (ASCA) at least Level 3. Possesses and maintains the following certifications: CPR, First Aid, & AED, and Water Safety for Swim Coaches Certifications. Highly Preferred: MWR Sports and Fitness Administration Course and Lifeguard Management In order to be considered for the highly preferred criteria, your resume must show that you meet BOTH the minimum qualifications and ALL of the highly preferred criteria.
