Job Description

One (1) year of specialized work experience performing duties in catering functions. Progressively responsible experience in catering to include overseeing catering crews as they plan, prepare and serve buffets at wedding receptions, charity events, holiday brunches and office functions; assist in the preparation and serving of food and manage the day-to-day business details associated with the running of a catering program etc. Supervisory experience is required. Must be well-organized and be attentive to detail. Must possess ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing. This experience must be reflected on your resume to be considered eligible for this position. Highly Preferred Criteria: 1. Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business or a related field. AND 2. At least 3 years of experience in catering sales, event management or hospitality. The experience and education must be reflected on your resume and your degree/transcript uploaded at the time of application to be considered a highly preferred candidate.
